C-Grade Palmistry Hand Enamel Pin

WHAT MAKES THESE PINS C-GRADES:

✦The main flaw is heavy tarnishing - I have not tried to remove it and do not know if it can be removed. It kind of gives it a cool antiqued look but just FYI the tarnishing on these is some of the worst I’ve received. I have no idea what happened but they arrived to me this way. Some are almost black.
✦Some of the plating details are very small and could have some imperfect areas.
✦Could still include other flaws such as underfill, overfill, scratches, areas filled with incorrect enamel, missing enamel, etc.
