Do you have an update on my order?
I ship orders out on Mondays and Thursdays, unless the post office is closed for holidays. Your order will likely go out the next Monday or Thursday - whichever comes first. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped. Please use this tracking number to track your package. Although it doesn't happen often, in the case that you package is stuck in transit, please contact USPS first to try to locate your package. The only info I have regarding your packages location is what is given in the tracking information. Please note that USPS does not consider ground shipping packages "late" until they have been in transit for over 30 days. Check the Shipping Policy for more info!
Wholesale Availability?
I love working with retailers and small businesses! Please contact me via my wholesale page, or visit my Faire shop. Please note that I am working towards moving away from rose gold plating. I may have smaller quantities of rose gold items in stock that you are welcome to order, but going forward I will be ordering designs in gold plating.
Depending on your order, I may be able to use the stock I have in-house and ship quickly but for larger quantity orders, I may have to have new product made (which could result in an up to 60 day turnaround). Please reach out early if needed by specific time-frames. Any designs that will need to be restocked that are currently sold in only rose gold plating on my shop will need to be reproduced in gold plating (or black nickel depending on the design).
Care Instructions?
The plating of the pins should not get wet at anytime - especially the rose gold plating. Rose gold is particularly prone to tarnishing. If you notice any tarnishing or discoloration on your pins, a regular rub down with a microfiber cleansing cloth can help buff it out. I don't recommend showering, swimming, working out, or any other physical activity with any of my pins or jewelry. The necklaces are very delicate and require very gentle handling to avoid knots, kinks, or broken chains. Chains are tested for quality assurance but removing roughly from packaging or tugging at the chain could result in damaging the necklace.

What are Seconds Sale & C-grade pins?
I grade my pins into 3 categories - A-grade (nearly flawless), B-grade (also called Seconds, minor flaws), and C-grade (anything with more than minor flaws). B-grades and C-grades are discounted due to their quality. As handmade items with very small and detailed features, it is normal for some to have factory flaws. Some flaws are much more noticeable than others. Flaws generally include underfill or overfill of the enamel, a space that was filled with the incorrect color of enamel, spots in the enamel, any significant scratches or dents aside from subtle brush strokes in the enamel, or the pin on the back being off center. B-grade pins are usually sold on my Etsy shop. C-grades are only sold on my website usually 1-2 times a year at heavily discounted prices.
Sizing Details?
Sizes for all products (enamel pins, necklace pendants, necklace chain lengths, jewelry, print sizes, etc.) are provided in the descriptions of each listing. Enamel pendant sizes are provided in mm, and chain lengths are provided in inches. Please see listings for details.
How do Presale Items work?
I don't do presale items often but presale Items are products that are still in the production stage. This means I do not physically have the item in hand yet, and it will take a few weeks to get the item in hand, package them up, and ship them off to their final destinations. Please be patient with presale items. Since I have not yet seen the product, there is always a chance that some colors may not perfectly match what you see in the photos on the listings.
I’m buying this as a gift. What sort of gift options do you provide?
I'm always honored to have my shop items given as a gift for a loved one! I do not currently offer any sort of gift wrapping or hand written notes - however, if you let me know that this is a gift at checkout, I will remove the packing slip from the order.
I think I've seen a counterfeit of your work. What do I do?
There have been a lot of counterfeits of my work floating around online. If you think you've seen a counterfeit product or someone using my photos without permission, please contact me to let me know! You can also email me at shannontalbottdesigns@gmail.com.
