Shipping policy
Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. In the event that your processing time will be delayed, a banner will be posted on the website. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times that you see at checkout. Delays on behalf of USPS are out of Shannon Talbott's control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For orders over $50: There is an option to ship for free at checkout via Ground Advantage with USPS.

International Shipping
International Shipping is not currently available on www.shannontalbott.com. If you live outside of the USA, you can still make purchases on Etsy: shannontalbott.etsy.com.
If you live in Germany, I'm so sorry but I don't currently offer shipping to Germany due to the packaging law, VerpackG, but hope to in the future!
Please note that if you purchase internationally, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shannon Talbott is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact shannontalbottdesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note that we can only see the tracking provided on the USPS website and USPS does not consider a package as lost until 30 days after the shipping date. It is uncommon but packages can sometimes not move for 2-3 weeks.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please check our Return and Refund Policies for additional information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at shannontalbottdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
